The Data Controller has taken appropriate security measures to protect your data against the risk of loss, misuse or alteration.
Intention of the Data Controller to process personal data
The Data Controller will not transfer your personal data to a third country or International organization.
Data Controller and Data Processor
The data controller is the undersigned company.
Rights of the Data Subject:
The data subject has the right to:
1) obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him/her, even if not yet recorded, and its communication in intelligible form
2) obtain an indication of:
(a) the origin of the personal data;
b) of the purposes and methods of processing;
c) the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) of the identification details of the data controller, the data processor and the representative designated under Article 5, paragraph 2, Privacy Code and Article 3, paragraph 1, GDPR;
e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of the data in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the State, managers or appointees;

3) obtain:
(a) the updating, rectification, or, when interested, the integration of data;
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that do not need to be kept in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, except where this proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate to the protected right in whole or in part;
4) oppose:
a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
In particular, the data subject may at any time request from the Data Controller access to personal data and the rectification or erasure of personal data or the restriction of processing concerning him or her or object to its processing, as well as the right to data portability. The data subject has the right to revoke consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before revocation and has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

MODE OF TREATMENT

The same data will be processed, in compliance with the necessary security and confidentiality through the following methods: collection of data from the data subject, collected, recorded and stored for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes and used in further processing operations in terms compatible with these purposes, processing carried out with the help of
manual, electronic and automated tools.
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is based on existing contractual relationships.
The legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller oblige the parties to respect and honor the contractual obligations entered into. The lawfulness of the processing is based on the manifestly expressed consent of the data subject, during the online registration phase on the corporate website.
The nature of the provision of data by you is mandatory for the data controller to be able to provide the requested professional services. In case of refusal, the undersigned company will not be able to fulfill its contractual obligations.

COMMUNICATION OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

Your personal data will be processed by the Data Controller, by any Data Processors
of the processing appointed by him/her and by any strictly authorized processors.
Your data may be communicated following inspections or audits (if requested), to all inspection bodies in charge of audits and controls inherent to the regularity of legal compliance.
Your data may also be communicated to external companies/professional firms that provide assistance and labor consulting activities or to collaborators of the data controller, in accounting, administrative, fiscal, tax and financial matters, to public administrations for the performance of institutional functions within the limits established by law or regulations. Your personal data are not subject to dissemination.
Retention times The Data Controller will process your personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the above purposes and your personal data will be retained for no longer than No. 10 (ten) years from the
termination of the professional consulting relationship.
Existence of automated decision-making process. There is no automated decision-making process.

DATA CONTROLLER

Subject: Information and request for consent pursuant to and in accordance with Art.13 of the
EU Regulation No. 2016/679 (GDPR) on the protection of personal data processing.
The data controller provides the data subject with the following information, pursuant to and in accordance with Article 13 of EU Regulation No. 2016/679, hereinafter also GDPR:
Purposes of the processing Your personal data, freely communicated and acquired by me due to the activity carried out by the undersigned company, will be processed lawfully and fairly, in accordance with the Regulations for the following purposes: activity carried out by the company and reason for the data collected.
Your data will be processed for the purposes provided for by the current regulations by carrying out our Association ACTIVITY AIMED AT SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH IN THE FIELD OF INSTRUMENTAL ANALYSIS OF MOVEMENT IN CLINICS. The data processed (which may be both common and identifying in nature) are up-to-date, relevant, complete and not excessive in relation to the purposes for which they are collected and subsequently processed, as specified below:
- the biographical data is used to identify the member or sympathizer;
- the email address is for the purpose of contacting the member or sympathizer and informing him or her about society initiatives;
- the member's data related to: Institution of membership, Title of study, Possible association with other scientific societies in the field, are collected and stored
solely for statistical purposes.
No sensitive or judicial data are collected and processed

JUDICIAL DATA

In this regard, it is recalled that sensitive data means: “any personal data capable of revealing racial and ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership in parties, trade unions, associations or organizations of a religious, philosophical, political or trade union nature, as well as data capable of revealing health and sex life.”
Judicial data are defined as: “personal data capable of revealing measures referred to in Article 3, paragraph 1 letters a) to o) and r) to u), of Presidential Decree No. 313/2002, regarding criminal records, the registry of administrative sanctions dependent on crime and related pending charges, or the quality of defendant or suspect under Articles 60 and 61 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.”
